This project involved the removal of the existing pre-finished hardboard cladding which was beginning to deteriorate and replacing this with new high performance timber windows and cedar cladding. The existing garage was converted to a master bedroom and ensuite and a new entrance. A bathroom and utility room has been added to the side to re-configure the interior and give a large open plan kitchen/dining/living space. A new entrance canopy clad in zinc standing seam sheeting has been added to signal the new entrance and provide shelter.
